We’ve all been to conferences where the projectors didn’t work, the sound wasn’t right and presenters fumbled with remote controls. Iode is in the business of making other people look good. No, make that great. “Iode Is On It” became the brand platform from which the Iode story flowed. We helped build the core brand story and name and launch a new app that helped conference-goers stay plugged into everything that’s going on at the conference. The Iode Master Motivating Idea was built around the insight of peace of mind and poise under pressure. Event planners are under a lot of pressure and need to ensure that everything will go smoothly. The verbal and visual brand we created communicated a sense of cool confidence and high competence on behalf of the Iode team. A command of logistics was a part of the two founders’ DNA (they had both worked for people in brown trucks and shorts!) so the look and feel of the brand reflected this level of confidence and deep expertise in preventing any “flops” during the production of an event. With its new brand in place, Iode projected the level of professionalism and skill that helps every corporate planner sleep a little better the night before a big event.
