CCA, a global corporate counseling company, had a significant amount of gray areas around their company’s offerings and identities, inhibiting a deeper involvement with customers. After conducting research with current and perspective clients, 20nine felt as though a new vocabulary, new expression, and new way of communicating the overall experience of the company was needed. A refreshing Positioning Statement/Value Proposition combined with a more focused brand essence “People are the Path” and a bold, powerful new brand expression and identity was introduced to connect better with their audience. The revitalized identity system was expressed across a range of traditional and digital means.
