And that the future is about following leaders to help turn protests into policies, so we can all be free.
Our industry, the advertising industry, has always struggled with diversity and inclusion in both the execution of campaigns and the talent that creates them. This must change.

Campaign Zero is a police reform campaign proposed by activists associated with Black Lives Matter, on a website that was launched on August 21, 2015. The plan consists of ten proposals, all of which are aimed at reducing police violence.
Know Your Rights Camp. Founded and led by Colin Kaepernick – Their mission is to advance the liberation and well-being of Black and Brown communities through education, self-empowerment, mass-mobilization and the creation of new systems that elevate the next generation of change leaders.
We have knowledge, talents and expertise that make us strong storytellers in both words and images. This is what we do. And we will use it to empower positive change through our Purpose First™ Platform for organizations and businesses also dedicated to making positive change in the world.
03. Looking In, Getting the Word Out
We’re looking in at ways to further improve our hiring practices and ensure we are continuously educating our team around diversity and inclusion. We’re getting the word out by supporting hiring practices and organizations that are focused on diversity and inclusion in our industry. 20nine will be showcasing the two organizations we’ve chosen to support, as well as others who are making a difference in our communities and in our industry.
